It is our great pleasure to announce OrthoNorCal’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Andrew Miller. He replaces Karen Sollar who will move on to Mt. Tam Orthopedics.
Andrew Miller joins OrthoNorCal with more than twenty years of experience developing and managing healthcare organizations. Miller’s expertise in leading the team will surely take OrthoNorCal’s business strategy to a new level of growth. Prior to joining OrthoNorCal, Miller successfully led Monterey Spine & Joint to increased revenues and patient encounters as its Practice Administrator. During his time there, he also led the increase from six to eighteen providers.

Aside from Monterey Spine & Joint, Miller provided his management skills at DMC Construction, Inc. and CPC Specialty Physicians, Inc. in Monterey, CA. His previous affiliations also include the Salinas Surgery Center and the Food Bank for Monterey County.
OrthoNorCal’s Medical Director, Nicholas A. Abidi, MD, addresses his addition to the team and states, “We truly appreciate the broad industry experience that Andy brings to OrthoNorCal and happy that he chose to join our team. We are looking forward to his guidance and leadership at OrthoNorCal continues to grow in the coming years.”
OrthoNorCal’s team, which now includes twelve orthopedic surgeons, strives to treat patients and members of the community with the best individualized orthopedic care. Miller’s knowledge and previous experience ensures the success that he will have while working with the physicians and staff to continue enhancing the patient to doctor relationship. As the CEO of OrthoNorCal, Miller will oversee operations at all locations and guide the team into taking the best initiatives for practice development.
