Mint Condition Fitness

At Mint Condition Fitness, people of all ages break barriers to overcome the challenges of working out and staying fit. People strive to get to the highest level of Mint Master. It’s a level so difficult that only one member of the Mint Condition team has attained. The measurable goals motivate the members to push harder and keep going knowing that the next level is within their reach.

Mint Condition Fitness

Not only does Mint Condition promote fitness of the body, but they also promote fitness of the mind. When people think of fitness, people often think of exercising to improve physical appearances. Colin Triplett, owner of Mint Condition Fitness, set up Life without Limits to break this stigma regarding fitness through a 90-minute comprehensive workshop about the impact of exercise on mental health. Dr. Murray joins Colin Triplett and fellow physicians, Dr. Brant Pederson and Dr. Julie Tran-Olive, to talk about the most common problems that aging athletes face.
